Received the printed cards for Night Market and Paper Airplane. They came in small cardboard box with foam inserted to prevent the contents from moving around too much. The box seemed a much better fit for the number of cards, as opposed to what I experienced last time. Again, I used Printer Studio.

The cards were printed using the “Premium 310gsm (linen) Poker Custom Card” option. For some reason, they felt a little thinner than when I printed my cards for Hackronyms although water (from drink condensation) has easily been removed from this set of cards. Some of the colors didn’t turn out as I had them on the screen, orange and red looked a bit too similar for my taste and the backs of Paper Airplane has some slight discoloration, even though the color was solid with no gradient. Next time, I will have to pay more attention to colors being too similar to one another—just because they look good on-screen, doesn’t mean they will in-print.

So many cards to play with.

The cards are completely functional and have received some good play already. Coloration and thickness aside, I’m happy. Hope these are two things that can be improved in the future.
